1. About This Service

Luck or Skill ("the Service") is an analytics tool that evaluates Polymarket trader performance using Bayesian statistical methods. We ingest publicly available on-chain trade data from the Polymarket Data API and produce leaderboards, wallet-level reports, and whale-trade alerts.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, scores, rankings, and alerts are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance — whether measured by profit, Bayesian score, or any other metric — does not guarantee future results.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

The Service sources trade data from the Polymarket Data API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. API rate limits and pagination constraints mean that wallet analyses may be limited to the most recent 200 closed positions.

4. Third-Party Partner Links

Luck or Skill provides analytics and alerts but does not execute trades or provide copy-trading services. Links labeled for PolyBot open an independent third-party Telegram trading service. We may receive a commission from eligible PolyBot fees when you use our referral links; that commission does not come from your wallet balance. Your use of PolyBot and Telegram is governed by their respective terms. Luck or Skill is not responsible for third-party execution, custody, availability, or trading losses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: scraping beyond reasonable personal use, attempting to overload or disrupt the Service, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luck or Skill and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
