Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Luck or Skill does not require user accounts, logins, or personal information. The Service analyzes publicly available blockchain data — specifically, Polymarket wallet addresses and their on-chain trade histories — via the Polymarket Data API.

We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information (PII) from visitors. When you look up a wallet address, that address is already public on the Polygon blockchain.

2. Cookies

The Service does not set any first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set platform-level cookies (e.g. __cf_bm for bot management). These are managed by Cloudflare and are subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on the Polymarket Data API to source trade data. When you view a wallet analysis, wallet addresses are sent to Polymarket's API as part of standard data-fetching operations. Please refer to Polymarket's own privacy policy for how they handle those requests.

PolyBot referral buttons open Telegram links operated independently by PolyBot. Depending on the button, the link contains our public referral code and a public wallet address or market slug. We do not attach an account identifier because Luck or Skill has no user accounts. PolyBot and Telegram may process your request under their own privacy policies.

4. Local Storage

After you accept the PolyBot referral disclosure, your browser stores a single flag named polybot_referral_disclosure_seen. This flag records only that the disclosure was shown. It does not contain referral attribution, a wallet address, or personal information. You can remove it through your browser storage settings.

5. Data Storage

The Service stores processed trade data (wallet addresses, position metadata, aggregate statistics) in Cloudflare D1, a serverless SQL database. This data is derived entirely from public blockchain records. We do not store personal information because we do not collect it.

6. Data Sharing & Selling

We do not sell or rent personal information. Processed analytics derived from public blockchain records are displayed publicly. When you choose a PolyBot referral link, your browser sends the referral payload described above directly to Telegram; Luck or Skill does not send separate account or identity data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
